This Privacy Policy describes the types of information we collect from you or that you may provide when you visit the websites www.equip.app, dashboard.equip.app and equip.sport (together the “Website”), when you download, install, create an account on, access and use our iOS and Android Mobile App (together with the Website, the “Platform”), and the services we provide (together with the Platform, our “Services”), and our practices for collecting, using, maintaining, protecting, and disclosing that information. 

Please read this Privacy Policy carefully to understand our policies and practices regarding your Personal Information (as defined below) and how we protect it. If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, please do not use the Services. 

Where required by applicable law, we rely on specific legal bases (such as performance of a contract, compliance with legal obligations, legitimate interests, or your consent) to process your Personal Information. Your continued use of the Services after updates to this Privacy Policy constitutesacceptance of those changes, where permitted by law.

This Privacy Policy applies to information that we collect when you interact with the Services and when you interact with our advertising and applications on third-party websites and services, if those applications or advertising include links to this policy. 

This Privacy Policy does not apply to information collected by or provided by you to us offline or through any other means, including on any other website operated by Company or any third party; or any third party, including through any application or content (including advertising) that may link to or be accessible from or through the Services. These other third parties may have their own privacy policies, which we encourage you to read before you provide information on or through them.

When you use our Services, contact us with inquiries, make an order or make any other purchase through our Services, or otherwise access our Services we may collect or receive Personal Information about you to provide our Services and operate our business. Activity and Transaction Details. We collect the Personal Information that you provide to us when using our Services, including when you use our Platform, rent equipment, communicate with us, or through web forms that you fill. 

Account Information. We collection your account details including email address, username, account status, subscription information and purchase history.

2. Information Received from You as Part of Your Communications

When you use our Services, complete electronic forms, communicate with us or contact us by email or phone, we may automatically collect and store certain Personal Information about you and the activity you engaged in, for example: your name and contact information; your purchase details; your purchase details; information that you voluntarily provide to us; the nature of your communication; the purpose of the interaction, and the action we took in response to your inquiry or request. 

The information we collect on or through our Services includes: 

Information that you provide by filling in forms on the Services. This includes information provided at the time of registering to use the Services, subscribing to our Services, or requesting further services. We may also ask you for information when you report a problem with the Services. 

Information you provide through your account settings. 

Records and copies of your correspondence (including email addresses), if you contact us. 

Details of transactions you carry out through the Services and of the fulfillment of your orders. You may be required to provide financial information before placing an order through our Services. 

Your search queries on the Services. 

Authorizations relating to the automatic collection of your Personal Information when you configure your device or your internet browser according to available functionalities.

3. Information Collected Automatically

As you navigate through and interact with our Services, including when you download, access or use our Platform, we may use data collection technologies to collect certain Personal Information about your device, browsing and usage activity, and patterns automatically when you access or use the Platform or our Services. This information may include: 

Technical Information – We collect technical information associated with your activity on the Platform and may include information related to your browser and operating system, internet protocol (IP) address (the internet address of your computer) unique device identifiers, and other information such as your device type. We use such information for diagnostic and statistical purposes and to administer our Services. 

Site Usage Information – When you access and use the Platform, we may automatically collect certain details of your access to and use of the Platform, including traffic data, location data, logs, date and time of access, your preferences, and other communication data and the resources that you access and use on or through the Services. We collect information to better understand customer traffic patterns and the usage of the Platform. This may include the webpage that you were visiting before accessing the Platform or mobile application, the pages or features of the Platform or mobile application you browsed to inform us which part of the Platform and Services you visit and how much time you spend there. This information is used to analyze and improve the Platform and to provide our customers with a better user experience. 

Device Information – We may collect information about your browser, device and internet connection, including the device’s unique device identifier, IP address, operating system, browser type, mobile network information, and the device’s telephone number.

Stored Information and Files – The Services also may access metadata and other information associated with other files stored on your device. This may include, for example, photographs, audio and video clips, personal contacts, and address book information.

Site Preferences – We collect information about your preferences to make your use of the Platform more productive through the use of cookies and web beacons. 

Location Information – Where required by law, we collect precise location data only with your consent and you may withdraw consent at any time. The Services collect real-time information to locate the equipment that you rent from us using a GPS signal. 

If you do not want us to collect this information you may opt out at any time by deleting your account in your profile settings in the Platform or by sending a request to privacy@equip.app. For more information, see Section 7 Choices About How We Use and Disclose Your Information below. 

However, please note that opting out of the Platform’s collection of location information will disable its location-based features, which may include your ability to rent equipment. 

When you use the Platform and/or Services, we may also collect general location information (such as IP address). This information may be used to provide recommendations to you, and to enhance your user experience and improve the Platform and/or Services.

3. Use of cookie and tracking technology

We use cookies, web beacons, pixels, and similar technologies to collect information and personalize your experience with our Services.

We also may use these technologies to collect information about your activities over time and across third-party websites or other online services (behavioral tracking). Please send an email to privacy@equip.app to opt out of behavioral tracking on the Services and how we respond to web browser signals and other mechanisms that enable consumers to exercise choice about behavioral tracking.

The technologies we use for this automatic data collection include:

  • Cookies (browser cookies). A cookie is a small file placed on the hard drive of your device. It may be possible to refuse to accept browser cookies by activating the appropriate setting on your browser. However, if you select this setting you may be unable to access certain parts of our Services. Some content or applications, including advertisements, on the Services are served by third-parties, including advertisers, ad networks and servers, content providers, and application providers. These third parties may use cookies alone or in conjunction with web beacons or other tracking technologies to collect information about you when you use our Services. The information they collect may be associated with your Personal Information or they may collect information, including Personal Information, about your online activities over time and across different websites and other online services. We do not control these third parties’ tracking technologies or how they may be used. 4. How we use your information

We use information we collect about you or that you provide to us, including any Personal Information: 

To provide our Services and its contents to you;

To provide you with notices about your account, including expiration and renewal notices; 

To carry out our obligations and enforce our rights arising from any contracts entered into between you and us, including for billing and collection;

To allow you to participate in interactive features on our Services; 

In any other way we may describe when you provide the information, via the Platform or otherwise; and 

For any other purpose with your consent. 

We may also use your information to contact you about promotions, goods and services that may be of interest to you only where permitted by law; where consent is required, we will obtain it. 5. Sharing of personal information with third parties

Your Personal Information is only shared as described in this Privacy policy and permitted by law. 

Where third parties act as processors, we use GDPR-compliant data processing agreements.

6. How we disclose your information

We may disclose Personal Information that we collect or you provide as described in this Privacy Policy: 

To our subsidiaries and affiliates as required to perform Services. 

To our contractors, service providers, and other third parties (“Third Parties”) that we use to support our business and assist us in providing the Services. These Third Parties are bound by contractual obligations to keep Personal Information confidential and use it only for the purposes for which we disclose it to them and in compliance with applicable privacy laws. 

To a buyer or other successor in the event of an amalgamation, merger, divestiture, restructuring, reorganization, dissolution, or other sale or transfer of some or all of our assets, whether as a going 

concern or as part of bankruptcy, insolvency, liquidation, or similar proceeding, in which Personal Information held by us about our users is among the assets transferred. 

As permitted by and subject to applicable law, to third parties to market their products or services to you if you consent to receive such marketing emails and if you have not opted out such receipt. We contractually require these third parties to keep Personal Information confidential and use it only for the purposes for which we disclose it to them. 

To fulfill the purpose for which you provide it. 

For any other purpose disclosed by us when you provide the information. We may also disclose your Personal Information: 

To third parties including law enforcement agencies when required to protect and defend our legal rights, protect the security of users of our Services, and prevent fraud. 

To comply with any court order, law, or legal process, including to respond to any government or regulatory request. 

To enforce or apply our Terms of Use, this Privacy Policy, and other agreements, including for billing and collection purposes; and 

If we believe disclosure is necessary or appropriate to protect the rights, property, or safety of Equip Adventure Inc., our customers, or others. This includes exchanging information with other companies and organizations for the purposes of fraud protection and credit risk reduction. 

We may disclose anonymized and aggregated information about our users without restriction.

7. Choices About How We Use and Disclose Your Information 

We strive to provide you with choices regarding the Personal Information you provide to us. We have created mechanisms to provide you with the following control over your information: 

Tracking Technologies and Advertising. You can manage cookie consent at any time via our cookie settings tool/banner. You can also set your browser to refuse all or some browser cookies, or to alert you when cookies are being sent. If you disable or refuse cookies, please note that some parts of this site may then be inaccessible or not function properly. 

Disclosure of Your Information for Third-Party Advertising. If you do not want us to share your Personal Information with our sponsors and partners for promotional purposes, you can decide not to check the relevant box located on the registration page. If you change your mind and no longer want to subscribe to our sponsors and partners for promotional purposes you will have to unsubscribe from the sponsor and partner directly. 

We do not control third parties’ collection or use of your information to serve interest-based advertising. However these third parties may provide you with ways to choose not to have your information collected or used in this way. You can opt out of receiving targeted ads from members of the Network Advertising Initiative (“NAI“) on the NAI’s website or the Digital Advertising Alliance’s Consumer Opt-Out link. Also, we do not control any of the above opt-out links or whether any particular company chooses to participate in these opt-out programs. 

Please note that even if you opt-out of third-party advertising from our sponsors and partners, you may still receive promotional correspondence from us. If you wish to no longer receive promotional correspondence from us, you may unsubscribe using the applicable unsubscribe link made available within the promotional correspondence. 

Depending on your permissions, we may receive your Personal Information from your Internet service and mobile device providers. Users of mobile device who do not want to receive interest-based advertising may opt-out in several ways. You can learn more about your choices for mobile devices by visiting http://www.aboutads.info/appchoices. Each operating system, (iOS for Apple phones, Android for Android devices, and Windows for Microsoft devices) provides its own instructions on how to prevent the 

delivery of tailored in-application advertisements. You should view your device or system “Settings” to determine how you can opt out of use of your device ID for “cross-app” personalized advertising.

8. Data transfers

As discussed above, we engage certain Third Parties to perform business services on our behalf and to otherwise provide the Services. Certain of these Third Parties store, process and transfer Personal Information on servers located outside of the European Economic Area (EEA), the European Union or Switzerland in jurisdictions whose data protection laws may differ from those of where this Privacy policy applies to, such as the United States of America. As a result, Personal Information may be subject to access requests from governments, courts, or law enforcement in those jurisdictions according to the laws in those jurisdictions. For example, information may be shared in response to valid demands or requests from government authorities, courts and law enforcement officials in those countries. Subject to applicable laws in such other jurisdictions, we will use reasonable efforts to ensure that appropriate protections are in place to require our Third Parties to maintain protections on Personal Information that are equivalent to those that apply in the EEA. We will rely on an adequacy decision where available, or Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and supplementary measures where required.

Where required by law, we send promotional communications only with your consent; you can withdraw at any time. If you opt-in to receive such communications, we may use the Personal Information to: (i) communicate with you regarding our Services, the Platform and promotions; (ii) provide you with other information that you request; and/or (iii) improve our product and service offerings. You will always have the opportunity to “unsubscribe” from receiving any of our e-mail or other communications at any time. If you decide to unsubscribe, we will only contact you thereafter: (i) for the purposes allowed under applicable law; (ii) to send you notices of changes to our Policy; and (iii) to receive Service related messages.

10. Accessing and Correcting Your Information

You can review and change your Personal Information by logging into the Platform and visiting your account profile page. 

You may also send us an email at privacy@equip.app to request access to, correct, or delete any Personal Information that you have provided to us. Under GDPR for countries in the European Union or the European Economic Area and the equivalent for Switzerland, your rights include right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, withdraw consent and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. For example, we cannot disclose specific pieces of Personal Information if the disclosure would create a substantial, articulable, and unreasonable risk to the security of the Personal Information, your account with us or the security of our systems. We may not accommodate a request to change information if we believe the change would violate any law or legal requirement or cause the information to be incorrect. 

You can also request that we provide you with a copy of your Personal Information in a commonly used electronic format so that you can manage and move it. 

Please note that we may ask you to verify your identity before responding to such requests.

11. Data security

We have implemented reasonable technological, organizational and physical security measures designed to secure your Personal Information from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure. All information you provide to us is stored on our secure servers behind firewalls. Any payment transactions will be encrypted using SSL technology. However, no online activity is ever fully secure or error-free. While we strive to protect your Personal Information, we cannot guarantee that your Personal Information is absolutely secure. Please keep this in mind when disclosing any Personal Information to us. 

Please recognize that protecting your Personal Information is also your responsibility. We urge you to take every precaution to protect your Personal Information when you are on the Internet, or when you communicate with us and with other through the Internet. 

The safety and security of your information also depends on you. Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a password for access to certain parts of our Platform, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. We ask you not to share your password with anyone. 

Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although we do our best to protect your Personal Information, we cannot guarantee the security of your Personal Information transmitted to our Services. Any transmission of Personal Information is at your own risk. We are not responsible for circumvention of any privacy settings or security measures contained on the Services.

12. Children’s privacy

Our Services are not intended for children below the minimum age for digital consent. No one under that minimum age may provide any information to or on the Services as per the national laws and/or GDPR. We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from children under the minimal age. If you are under the minimum legal age, please do not use or provide any information on the Services or through any of its features, create an account or make any purchases through the Services, or provide any information about yourself to us. If we learn we have collected or received Personal Information from a child under the minimum legal age for digital consent, we will delete  his account in addition to deleting their personal information. 13. Changes to Our Privacy Policy

It is our policy to post any changes we make to our Privacy Policy on this page. If changes are material, we will notify you via email and/or in-app notice, as appropriate. If we make material changes as to how we treat our users’ Personal Information, we will notify you through an appropriate channel, depending on how we normally communicate with you (including by email and/or via the Platform, e.g., banners, pop-ups or other notification mechanisms). The date the Privacy Policy is effective and was last revised is identified at the top of the page. You are responsible for ensuring we have an up-to-date active and deliverable email address for you. If you do not agree to the changes made, you must stop accessing and/or using the impacted Services.

14. Retention

We will retain your Personal Information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with the Services and to maintain a record of your transactions. We will retain and use your Personal Information to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations (for example, if we are required to retain your data to comply with applicable laws), resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and enforce our legal agreements and policies. 

We will also retain platform traffic usage data for internal analysis purposes. Usage data is generally retained for a shorter period of time, except when this data is used to strengthen the security or to improve the functionality of our Services, or we are legally obligated to retain this data for longer time periods.

Pages of our Platform and our emails may contain small electronic files known as web beacons (also referred to as clear gifs, pixel tags, and single-pixel gifs) that permit us, for example, to count users who have visited those pages or opened an email and for other related website statistics (for example, recording the popularity of certain website content and verifying system and server integrity).

Some content or applications, including advertisements, on the Services are served by third-parties, including advertisers, ad networks and servers, content providers, and application providers. These third parties may use cookies alone or in conjunction with web beacons or other tracking technologies to collect information about you when you use our Services. The information they collect may be associated with your Personal Information or they may collect information, including Personal Information, about your online activities over time and across different websites and other online services. They may use this information to provide you with interest-based (behavioral) advertising or other targeted content.

We do not control these third parties’ tracking technologies or how they may be used. If you have any questions about an advertisement or other targeted content, you should contact the responsible provider directly. 4. How We Use Your Information

We use information we collect about you or that you provide to us, including any Personal Information: 

  •    To provide our Services and its contents to you; 
  •    To provide you with information, products, or services that you request from us; 
  •    To fulfill any other purpose for which you provide it; 
  •    To provide you with notices about your account, including expiration and renewal notices; 
  •    To carry out our obligations and enforce our rights arising from any contracts entered between you and us, including for billing and collection; 
  •    To notify you about changes to our Services or any products or services we offer or provide though it; 
  •    To allow you to participate in interactive features on our Services; 
  •    To support operational functions using automated tools, including artificial intelligence–based systems for customer self-service assistance and for validating images submitted through the Platform (for example, to confirm that equipment is visible and images are clear). These tools assist our operations and do not make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects on individuals. Users may request human assistance or escalation where appropriate; 
  •    In any other way we may describe when you provide the information, via the Platform or otherwise; and 
  •    For any other purpose with your consent. 
  •    We may also use your information to contact you about promotions, goods and services that may be of interest to you. If you do not want us to use your information in this way, please see the Electronic Communication section below. 

5. Sharing of Personal Information with Third Parties

Your Personal Information is not shared with third parties without your permission, except as described below and otherwise permitted by law.

6. How We Disclose Your Information

We may disclose Personal Information that we collect or you provide as described in this Privacy Policy:

  • To our subsidiaries and affiliates as required to perform Services.
  • To our contractors, service providers, and other third parties (“Third Parties”) that we use to support our business and assist us in providing the Services. These Third Parties are bound by contractual obligations to keep Personal Information confidential and use it only for the purposes for which we disclose it to them and in compliance with applicable privacy laws.
  • To a buyer or other successor in the event of an amalgamation, merger, divestiture, restructuring, reorganization, dissolution, or other sale or transfer of some or all of our assets, whether as a going concern or as part of bankruptcy, insolvency, liquidation, or similar proceeding, in which Personal Information held by us about our users is among the assets transferred.
  • As permitted by and subject to applicable law, to third parties to market their products or services to you if you consent to receive such marketing emails and if you have not opted out such receipt. We contractually require these third parties to keep Personal Information confidential and use it only for the purposes for which we disclose it to them.
  • To fulfill the purpose for which you provide it.
  • For any other purpose disclosed by us when you provide the information. We may also disclose your Personal Information:
  • To third parties including law enforcement agencies when required to protect and defend our legal rights, protect the security of users of our Services, and prevent fraud.
  • To comply with any court order, law, or legal process, including to respond to any government or regulatory request.
  • To enforce or apply our Terms of Use, this Privacy Policy, and other agreements, including for billing and collection purposes; and
  • If we believe disclosure is necessary or appropriate to protect the rights, property, or safety of Equip Adventure Inc., our customers, or others. This includes exchanging information with other companies and organizations for the purposes of fraud protection and credit risk reduction.

We may disclose anonymized and aggregated information about our users without restriction.

7. Choices About How We Use and Disclose Your Information

We strive to provide you with choices regarding the Personal Information you provide to us. We have created mechanisms to provide you with the following control over your information:

  • Tracking Technologies and Advertising. You can set your browser to refuse all or some browser cookies, or to alert you when cookies are being sent. If you disable or refuse cookies, please note that some parts of this site may then be inaccessible or not function properly.
  • Disclosure of Your Information for Third-Party Advertising. If you do not want us to share your Personal Information with our sponsors and partners for promotional purposes, you can decide not to check the relevant box located on the registration page. If you change your mind and no longer want to subscribe to our sponsors and partners for promotional purposes you will have to unsubscribe from the sponsor and partner directly.

We do not control third parties’ collection or use of your information to serve interest-based advertising. However these third parties may provide you with ways to choose not to have your information collected or used in this way. You can opt out of receiving targeted ads from members of the Network Advertising Initiative (“NAI“) on the NAI’s website or the Digital Advertising Alliance’s Consumer Opt-Out link. Also, we do not control any of the above opt-out links or whether any particular company chooses to participate in these opt-out programs.

Please note that even if you opt-out of third-party advertising from our sponsors and partners, you may still receive promotional correspondence from us. If you wish to no longer receive promotional correspondence from us, you may unsubscribe using the applicable unsubscribe link made available within the promotional correspondence.

Depending on your permissions, we may receive your Personal Information from your Internet service and mobile device providers. Users of mobile device who do not want to receive interest-based advertising may opt-out in several ways. You can learn more about your choices for mobile devices by visiting http://www.aboutads.info/appchoices. Each operating system, (iOS for Apple phones, Android for Android devices, and Windows for Microsoft devices) provides its own instructions on how to prevent the delivery of tailored in-application advertisements. You should view your device or system “Settings” to determine how you can opt out of use of your device ID for “cross-app” personalized advertising.

8. Data Transfers

As discussed above, we engage certain Third Parties to perform business services on our behalf and to otherwise provide the Services. Certain of these Third Parties store, process and transfer Personal Information on servers located outside of Canada in jurisdictions whose data protection laws may differ from those of Canada, such as the United States of America. As a result, Personal Information may be subject to access requests from governments, courts, or law enforcement in those jurisdictions according to the laws in those jurisdictions. For example, information may be shared in response to valid demands or requests from government authorities, courts and law enforcement officials in those countries. Subject to applicable laws in such other jurisdictions, we will use reasonable efforts to ensure that appropriate protections are in place to require our Third Parties to maintain protections on Personal Information that are equivalent to those that apply in Canada.

9. Electronic Communications

You may have also opted in to receive future promotional electronic communications from us. If you opt-in to receive such communications, we may use the Personal Information to: (i) communicate with you regarding our Services, the Platform and promotions; (ii) provide you with other information that you request; and/or (iii) improve our product and service offerings. You will always have the opportunity to “unsubscribe” from receiving any of our e-mail or other communications at any time. If you decide to unsubscribe, we will only contact you thereafter: (i) for the purposes allowed under applicable law; (ii) to send you notices of changes to our Policy; and (iii) to receive Service related messages.

10. Accessing and Correcting Your Information

You can review and change your Personal Information by logging into the Platform and visiting your account profile page.

You may also send us an email at privacy@equip.app to request access to, correct, or delete any Personal Information that you have provided to us. Your right to know and right to deletion are not absolute and are subject to certain exceptions. For example, we cannot disclose specific pieces of Personal Information if the disclosure would create a substantial, articulable, and unreasonable risk to the security of the Personal Information, your account with us or the security of our systems. . We may not accommodate a request to change information if we believe the change would violate any law or legal requirement or cause the information to be incorrect.

You can also request that we provide you with a copy of your Personal Information in a commonly used electronic format so that you can manage and move it.

Please note that we may ask you to verify your identity before responding to such requests.

11. Data Security

We have implemented reasonable technological, organizational and physical security measures designed to secure your Personal Information from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure. All information you provide to us is stored on our secure servers behind firewalls. Any payment transactions will be encrypted using SSL technology. However, no online activity is ever fully secure or error-free. While we strive to protect your Personal Information, we cannot guarantee that your Personal Information is absolutely secure. Please keep this in mind when disclosing any Personal Information to us.

Please recognize that protecting your Personal Information is also your responsibility. We urge you to take every precaution to protect your Personal Information when you are on the Internet, or when you communicate with us and with other through the Internet.

The safety and security of your information also depends on you. Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a password for access to certain parts of our Platform, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. We ask you not to share your password with anyone.

Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although we do our best to protect your Personal Information, we cannot guarantee the security of your Personal Information transmitted to our Services. Any transmission of Personal Information is at your own risk. We are not responsible for circumvention of any privacy settings or security measures contained on the Services.

In the event of a breach of security safeguards involving Personal Information that poses a real risk of significant harm, we will notify affected individuals and the appropriate privacy regulator as required by applicable Canadian privacy law.

12. Children’s Privacy

Our Services are not intended for children under 16 years of age. No one under age 16 may provide any information to or on the Services. We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from children under 16. If you are under 16, please do not use or provide any information on the Services or through any of its features, create an account or make any purchases through the Services, or provide any information about yourself to us. If we learn we have collected or received Personal Information from a child under 16, we will delete that information. 13. Changes to Our Privacy Policy

It is our policy to post any changes we make to our Privacy Policy on this page. If we make material changes as to how we treat our users’ Personal Information, we will notify you through an appropriate channel, depending on how we normally communicate with you (including by email and/or via the Platform, e.g., banners, pop-ups or other notification mechanisms). The date the Privacy Policy is effective and was last revised is identified at the top of the page. You are responsible for ensuring we have an up-to-date active and deliverable email address for you, and for periodically visiting our Platform and this Privacy Policy to check for any changes. If you do not agree to the changes made, you must stop accessing and/or using the impacted Services.

14. Retention

We will retain your Personal Information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with the Services and to maintain a record of your transactions. We will retain and use your Personal Information to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations (for example, if we are required to retain your data to comply with applicable laws), resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and enforce our legal agreements and policies. 

We will also retain platform traffic usage data for internal analysis purposes. Usage data is generally retained for a shorter period, except when this data is used to strengthen the security or to improve the functionality of our Services, or we are legally obligated to retain this data for longer time periods. 

Personal Information may be retained for longer periods where required to comply with applicable legal, regulatory, tax, or accounting obligations.

16. Automated Decision-Making

Equip Adventure Inc. does not use automated decision-making processes that produce legal or similarly significant effects on individuals.
